Key responsibilities 重要职责

 

  • 洞察头部连锁商的业务发展机会,制定零售大区的销售策略和发展方向,带领团队完成大区的销售指标 50%
  • 驱动团队与头部连锁及第三方代表团队建立深度合作的伙伴关系,确保各项合作项目在连锁总部和门店层面的高效执行。20%
  • 持续探索零售渠道创新,引领诺和诺德产品诺在零售渠道的市场准入与覆盖 15%
  • 打造具有赢的文化且强大专业的零售团队,保留并发展人才,并确保所有行动符合NN之道及其他相关合规指南和公司规定 15%

 

Qualifications 任职要求

 

  • 管理、医学、药学、市场营销等专业本科及以上学历
  • 8年以上处方药零售管理经验
  • 6年以上团队管理经验优先
  • 熟悉了解国内医药市场及国家医药相关政策,较强的业务分析诊断能力
  • 较强的跨部门沟通能力及问题解决能力
  • 有较强的领导能力
  • 具备良好的合规意识
