Key responsibilities 重要职责

1) Leading the regional business team to achieve the business goals of the GLP1 product line in the region

2) Responsible for analyzing the regional market and proposing and implementing strategies on how to increase the business and market share of products in the jurisdiction.

3) Establish a cohesive, competitive and performance-oriented regional business team through second line and third-line management

4) Ensure that team members abide by the company’s rules and regulations, actively cooperate with the company’s compliance team, strengthen compliance awareness, promptly detect, and correct non-compliant behaviors, and never compromise on non-compliant behaviors

5) Contribute to the formulation of the company's business objectives and relevant strategies

 

Education 教育背景

Bachelor degree or above in medicine and related majors

Complete and pass relevant training

 

Experience 经验

More than five years of medical academic and product information promotion experience, with regional manager experience or equivalent relevant experience
