Main job tasks 主要工作任务

1) Develop high quality regional marketing plan; and ensure the regional marketing plan fit with the local market conditions and the overall central marketing strategies.

2) Integrate the central marketing and regional programs and at the regional level to ensure alignment and appropriate resource deployment.

3) Implement central marketing programs in the responsible region to achieve the pre-defined objectives and KPIs including the business impact, the timeline, and the budget.

4) Consolidate regional inputs on marketing programs and feedback them to line manager.

5) uild a solid understanding of the regional market; maintain strong relationship with the KOLs in the region.

Experience 经验

· More than 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, preferably experiences with both public & private sectors.

· Strong analytical skills; strategic thinking

· Strong market understanding

· Strong communication and influence skills

· Integration, optimization and collaboration capabilities

· Strong diabetes knowledge preferred
