Training Specialist to drive high-impact training programs

The position
You support a team of experts and specialists covering all aspects of the aseptic production processes across Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), including the requirements to establish, operate, and maintain facilities and the environment used for manufacturing. The experts and specialists act as Process Managers supporting the Process responsible in the production areas and have the responsibility to evaluate the need for process training – and here you will play a special role in:
• facilitating training needs
• designing and developing high-impact training solutions
• maintaining the established training programs and coordinate training sessions
• executing peer-to-peer and classroom training
• managing training projects and interfaces towards the central training organisation
In this position you will have the opportunity to develop the role and influence the training of the future. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the production sites to support our growing organisation ensuring both maintenance of competences and on-boarding.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
• An academic background and working experience with competence development
• A strong expertise in assessing training needs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles to create high-impact learning solutions
• A proven track record of implementing training programs based on a range of blended learning techniques
• Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken
You can expect a position with a high degree of independence where excellent communication skills are a must, including the ability to create relations and influence colleagues across the organisation to ensure buy-in for the developed training set-up. It will be an advantage if you have experience from working in pharmaceutical production.

Manufacturing Development is a part of BRD with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimise and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
