The position

As our new Training Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring our employees are always trained to the best standards. You will experience a varied workday where you will partly support our colleagues on the production site in Gentofte and partly collaborate with your colleagues in our offices also in Gentofte.

 

You will support with a variety of administrative tasks, such as:

  • Support managers in identifying, structuring, and assigning training just-in-time
  • Assist in planning our training set-up for new and current employees
  • Act as a local superuser of training IT systems and support managers, Content Responsible, and Training Partners on how to operate training systems
  • Drive small training-related projects and local onboarding initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality content in QualityDocs

 

Furthermore, you will participate in relevant training network meetings and proactively improve training administration via Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving.

 

This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within training coordination, and additional tasks can be assigned based on your interest and talent to ensure ongoing development.

 

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience working in a similar role with administrative tasks related to training and learning
  • Knowledge of training administration within GxP regulations, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of LEAN and a high-quality mindset are considered an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English

Your excellent communication skills help you foster strong business relationships on all levels of the organization, and your service-minded approach helps ensure your success as our new Training Coordinator.

 

About the department

You will be joining the Training & Onboarding team. A team of 12 colleagues anchored in Business Support. As a team we prioritise time for sparring, knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed.  We are a social team that makes room for diversity and sees the strength in each other's differences

 

Business Support is part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Gentofte, and we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity, Warehouse and Finance & Procurement.
