Your new role
As a Student assistant at CLINiC, Novo Nordisk, you will:

Develop and maintain our internal SharePoint site named “Homebase”.

Identify new development needs and configure new functionalities.

Build, maintain and troubleshoot solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate.

Support digital projects through research, testing, documentation, process improvement, user guides and basic training.

Extract, organise and analyse data or documents from different systems and contribute to reporting and visualisations.

Ad-hoc work: Help keep our meeting rooms, copy rooms, and hallways tidy. Help plan for off-sites, book rooms etc.
Your new department
CLINiC is located in Gentofte, Denmark, and is dedicated to conducting early-phase clinical trials to assess the safety and efficacy of new drugs from Novo Nordisk. The Technology and Facility department (Headed by Rikke Lønborg) plays a vital role in ensuring that CLINiC is equipped with the necessary technology, including End User Devices, IT systems and medical equipment, to support trial conduct. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a shared commitment to innovation and excellence in clinical research. It is a diverse team made up of individuals with a variety of nationalities and professional experiences.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:

Must be enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, Data Science or related programme, preferably at Bachelor’s level or at the beginning of a Master’s programme.

Have knowledge of SharePoint setup and maintenance.

Must have hands-on experience building and maintaining solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate.

Have a strong understanding of IT systems and the logic behind them, along with a coding mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Speak and write English fluently (Corporate language is English).
Preferable if:
-
You have experience with Power BI and/or Copilot Studio
As a person, you:

Are responsible, reliable and have a positive attitude.

Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a service-minded approach.

Communicate clearly and can explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Work well both independently and as part of a team.

Are curious, adaptable and motivated to learn new tools and systems.
