- Lead, coach and develop a team of IT/OT Support Specialists.

- Build trusted relationships across Manufacturing, Production Support, Warehouse, QA, Enterprise IT and other key business stakeholders.
- Ensure reliable 24/7 IT and OT support for business-critical manufacturing operations.
- Support the continued development and maturity of IT Service Management processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual activities and improve operational efficiency.
- Help reduce IT and OT-related downtime through proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively across multiple functions to deliver stable and reliable IT services.
- Support the ongoing development of team capability through coaching, mentoring and performance development.
- You are an experienced leader who enjoys helping people succeed.
- You understand that high-performing teams are built through trust, coaching, communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
- You remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities and enjoy leading teams in a business-critical operational environment.
- Proven experience leading technical, operational or IT support teams.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working within manufacturing, engineering or another complex operational environment.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- It Would Be an Advantage If You Have Experience With
- IT Operations and Operational Technology (OT).
- Manufacturing IT environments.
- IT Service Management (ITSM).
- ServiceNow.
- Incident and Problem Management.
- PLC, SCADA or HMI environments.
- Pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing industries.
- GMP environments.
- Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing is beneficial but not essential. We also welcome candidates from other complex manufacturing environments where reliability, operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration are critical.

Salary and benefits
Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from DKK 742,600 to 1,091,600
depending on your experience and competencies.
Incentives and benefits: The package may include short- and/or long-term incen-tives as well as additional employee benefits, aligned with the position level, loca-tion, and market benchmarks.
