The position
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for Automation & Robotics to facilitate the development of innovative new automation solutions for our factories. This entitles setting direction for the team, coordinate the planning and tasks, and maintain close contact with many stakeholders to ensure value to the factories and customers.

 

The projects are within emerging automation technologies e.g., using of automation, mechanical solutions, robotics, and data to the roll-out the solutions to improve the yields and efficiency in the factories or laboratories. Key is to be able to lead and facilitate a group through e.g., scrum principles and ensure value to the customer from the product you are making.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic degree such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
  • Extensive experience in leading teams and projects
  • An interest and desire to understand the new technologies and leading within agile frameworks as e.g., scrum
  • The ability of communicating with people from different educational backgrounds, with senior management and the factory shop floors
  • Full professional proficiency in English

About the department
BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products.
