The position
You will be leading a combined team of Process Managers, Specialists and Project Managers of different seniority. The Process Managers lead the facility processes across Novo Nordisk and Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). 
Facility processes include Manage GXP-regulated facilities, HVAC, Sterilization, Contamination Control, Cleaning, Metrology, Transport and Handling of Materials.


The team develops Process training to the Aseptic Production supports and is responsible of the Project Portfolio Management across the department. The group of Project Managers lead Investment and Innovation Projects. 


Your main responsibilities will include:
•    Set the direction for the teams ensuring that the prioritization and strategies are executed so the department can keep the overview and always prioritize deliverables
•    Be part of setting the strategy and the direction for the department, together with the rest of the management team
•    Be responsible for the development of the employees and team, to ensure we can improve the way we work in a project organization
•    Manage BRD Facilities Steering Group Leading Process Governance in BRD including handling of Compliance Signals


The position has a high stakeholder collaboration across Novo Nordisk and can expect to work closely with our production sites, QA and Regulatory Affairs and improve the way we work cross functionally on projects. 

 

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring these qualifications:
•    A solid leadership experience from a pharmaceutical company within manufacturing development / manufacturing science and technology (MSAT), aseptic manufacturing or CMC
•    Experience of leading employees of different levels of seniority. Experience navigating a complex and cross functional stakeholder landscape
•    Sound project management toolbox or experience in working in a matrix organization 
•    Professional proficiency in English 
•    Any relevant academic degree related to Life Science, such as Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar

You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders. About the department
Manufacturing Development is a part of BRD with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimize and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
