Are you looking for an opportunity to build hands-on experience with emerging digital technology? Are you driven by teamwork and a desire to overcome cross-functional challenges in the factory of the future?

Express your interest and join us for a life-changing career.

The job

We are looking for a Robotics & Mechanical Engineer to support projects across the Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) value chain.

You will be working with different projects e.g., assessment and implementation of robotics- and automation solutions and maybe sometimes applying new digital solutions as well.

Further you will evaluate the needs on the shopfloor and provide the right solutions to reduce the impact of repetitive manual tasks, optimise processes, and improve safety and quality across the entire value chain.

You have a relevant master’s degree in industrial engineering, robotics or another related field. We are looking for someone with experience from operational process optimization. Moreover, a solid understanding of LEAN and operations management is preferred.

In addition, you have experience in one of the following areas:

  • Collaborative robotics (e.g., Universal Robots, Kuka) or mobile robotics like AGV/AMR (e.g., MIR, Omron, Nipper)
  • Virtual or augmented reality (e.g., HoloLens, Unity)
  • Knowledge about mechanical design and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks, Blender)

Apart from that, we also expect you to be fluent in both written and spoken English.

On a personal level, you can drive solutions from idea to implementation. You have an innovative and solution-oriented mindset. As you will be working directly with the end users comes naturally to you, and you appreciate how important it is to take the time to learn about their needs. You are well structured and plan your work to meet deadlines. You have a keen eye for details and can identify potential problems. Explaining technological issues in a simple way and communicating business needs to the stakeholders comes natural to you.
