Are you ready to make a difference for people living with haemophilia and other rare disorders? Do you want to become part of our new team responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and optimizing the yearly shutdowns of our Aseptic Filling lines? Then you might be our new Project Manager to drive shutdowns in Biotech & Rare Disease at our site in Gentofte. 


The position
We are currently looking for a Project Manager who is ready to join our newly established shutdown team. You will be responsible for:
•    Overall planning, coordination and execution of summer and winter shutdowns of our Aseptic Filling capacity at site Gentofte. 
•    Besides planning and executing shutdowns, ensuring and releasing filling capacity will be one of the primary objectives for you and our team. We will reach this by being curious and investigative. We will learn from the best and optimize our planning, processes, and standards around shutdowns in close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization.
•    Between shutdowns, planning and communication with the various departments, project portfolios and stakeholders are key to ensure all activities are accounted for and aligned with across the organization. You can also expect to be assigned as Project Manager to improvement projects in our project portfolio.


To succeed in this role, you probably have: 
•    A master’s degree in engineering or similar education with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience 
•    Experience within a regulated environment (pharma, food and beverages or similar) 
•    A proven track record as Project Manager and/or Construction Manager having successfully led major technical projects in a complex organization
•    Strong interpersonal and people skills, in particular the ability to build relationships.
•    Experience with contract management and strong LEAN, planning and optimization skills.
•    Strong communication skills both verbal and written 
•    Fluent in Danish and professional proficiency in English 

About the department
Our department consists of approximately 100 employees divided into 6 teams. We support and operate in one of the largest aseptic production facilities of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). 
As part of our Shutdown team, you will have a close collaboration with all of the departments at site Gentofte, since it is a shared facility with shared utilities.
