The Position:

As a Project Manager, Aseptic Production Projects – 15-month maternity cover, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute investment projects that support and enhance our aseptic production initiatives. You will be part of the “Aseptic Production Projects - Team” within Aseptic Manufacturing at our site in Gentofte, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive project success from conception through to implementation.

 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure effective project execution in compliance with GMP standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects / work packages in projects that support aseptic production, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion with a strong emphasis on compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables that align with overarching strategic goals and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables; establish clear objectives and success criteria for each project to guide team execution.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success and timely delivery of outcomes
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates regarding project status/challenges etc.

 

Qualifications:

To be a successful candidate, you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in aseptic production or a similar GMP-regulated environment.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can think strategically and translate business strategies into actionable plans.
  • Are fluent in both verbal and written English.

About the team:

We are part of Production Support in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) on Gentofte. Our team, Aseptic Production Projects, consists of 9 project managers, all of whom are actively engaged in managing and supporting projects.
