The position:
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Product and Process Implementation Professional to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new products and processes, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance manufacturing solutions that drive process improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product and process implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
- Develop and enhance manufacturing solutions to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for new product introductions.
- Provide process support and training to manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Life/Natural Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry working with GMP regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Proven collaboration skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

About the department
Our Aseptic Filling department is part of the Product Supply (PS) Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. We are approximately 130 colleagues in the department, which operates an isolator filling line facility with all the supporting processes required for that. As the team is supporting across the production site, we also support additional three filling lines on site, with product and process implementation.
