The position
As the Portfolio Manager for the “Future cleanroom” program, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects within the program. Each project will have its own project manager, and your role will be to ensure that all projects are aligned and progressing towards the program's goals. The primary stakeholders for this role will be project managers and leaders across the organization.

 

Your main responsibilities will be focused on:
•    Managing global stakeholders across development and operations areas
•    Facilitating collaboration and ensure progress and alignment on projects
•    Ensuring projects are supporting the roadmap and identify new innovation opportunities together with key stakeholders 


Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:
•    A master's degree with a technical or scientific background and, at least, 5 years of experience as a project manager or portfolio manager, preferably within pharmaceutical production
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills
•    The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Proven track record of implementing cross-organizational projects
•    Fully proficient in both written and spoken English

 

As a person, you should be ambitious, adaptable to change, and politically savvy with an ability know our stakeholders and create engagement in a group. You should have strong business acumen and be able to communicate effectively with senior-level managers. You should also be recognized as a strong collaborator and facilitator. Subject matter expertise within aseptic production is an advantage.

 

About the department
Our team consists of approximately 12 highly motivated and dedicated specialists and experts working within the area Facility and Training. Within this team, there is a smaller group of individuals who work specifically on the Future AP Cleanroom project, and they will be your closest colleagues.

Manufacturing Development is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimize and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
