The Position

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of supply reliability through the execution of planned and corrective maintenance in collaboration with colleagues from the team.

 

Our facilities operate 24/7 year-round, so this role includes being part of an on-call duty.

 

The main tasks will be to: 
•    Develop and update team's maintenance strategy, including associated maintenance plans and instructions to ensure the necessary and sufficient quality according to Novo Nordisk's quality system.
•    Increasing operational stability, productivity, and agility in the area, with extensive internal and external stakeholder interaction.
•    Plan and conduct LEAN “performance board” meetings with your team colleagues.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
•    A technical or a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, cooling/electrical installations, or a similar field. 
•    Experience in a similar position with cooling area and/or in the operation and maintenance of utility systems, preferably from the pharmaceutical or food industry. 
•    Experience with GMP and production optimization methods such as LEAN, TPM/RCM. 
•    Experience with or knowledge of operating and monitoring utility systems via BMS systems.
•    Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.

About the Department

Production Support is a technical department with approximately 115 employees, which delivers supplies to a range of departments on site Gentofte. Deliveries include ventilation (HVAC), heating, cooling, Water For Injection (WFI), clean steam, nitrogen, compressed air, and facility monitoring and project execution. We are seeking an employee for Team Facility, which consists of 10 qualified and dedicated employees who ensure the operation and maintenance as well as ongoing improvements at site Gentofte.
