The position

As Incident Manager you will play an important part in the purpose of delivering the best IT service and support to our production sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. You will ensure that our manufacturing and engineering systems are running by identifying problems and fixing them.

You will be responsible for handling incidents related to our MES/PAS-X solutions, and contribute to improvements, innovation and next generation technologies deployed into our technology stack. As a bonus, you might also be involved in handling incidents related to IT/OT support.


Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for delivering a secure and compliant support service for MES/PAS-X, IT/OT and integrated systems
  • Managing, and redirecting incoming incidents through IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Ensuring that incidents are progressed and resolved through effective root cause analysis
  • Leading and coordinating troubleshooting of high priority incidents
  • Collaborating with Vendors and Suppliers (i.e., L1/L2/L3 Support) to monitor and integrate services, processes and systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant processes e.g., Change Control, Configuration Management, GMP, and IT security.



  • BSc, MSC or a similar degree in relevant fields such as IT/Software engineering or Computer Science 
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Knowledge of supporting PAS-X or other comparable MES systems would be advantageous; experience with Process Control Systems integration and manufacturing networks is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English both written and spoken


It will be a definite advantage, if you have all-round knowledge of IT/OT and experience from GxP validation of IT systems in a regulated production environment.

You have demonstrated ability to collect and analyse data in order to identify issues, opportunities, and patterns. Ability to manage strong relations to our customers in line of business comes natural to you. Last but not least, you have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


About The Department

You will be joining a newly formed team in Manufacturing IT (MIT) which delivers support to our two production sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse, that create products for growth hormone treatments.

Biotech & Rare Diseases Finished Products (BRD FP GEVA) IT consist of 10 employees delivering IT, OT and PAS-X support. The department is structured in teams with each area of responsibility. The department has approximately 20 colleagues with different educational backgrounds, including electricians, lab technicians, and engineers, all of whom are eager to welcome you.
