The position
As LEAN partner in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Quality Assurance (QA) in Gentofte, you will be the primary driver of the LEAN agenda where you will support, challenge and drive the further development of our LEAN culture at all levels of the department. 
This means you will: 

  • Be a trusted advisor to the director and management team on LEAN culture.
  • Provide training, coaching and sparring to leaders and employees in using LEAN systems and tools and LEAN leadership behaviours.
  • Drive a hands-on implementation of LEAN initiatives, including Leader Standard Work, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Assist in colleagues Systematic Problem Solving and facilitate workshops.
  • Use data to identify focus areas for improvements and drive execution.
  • Sharing best practices across AM QA through a LEAN partner network.

 

This role will require you to acquire good understanding of the department’s core processes, key stakeholders, current challenges, and top priorities. You will spend a large proportion of your time on the shopfloor together with leaders and employees, developing the quality culture and LEAN behaviour.

Our working environment is flexible, dynamic, and informal with a strong culture of cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the director but is it expected that you create a broad network in the department and across boundaries to various stakeholders.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:

  • Have an academic degree within relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management).
  • Are certified within cLEAN® or something similar (Eg. Black belt/DMAIC/2-star certified) supported by several years’ experience in operational excellence.
  • Have hands-on experience within driving process improvements, designing and executing LEAN transformations.
  • Have proven experience in coaching and teaching leaders and employees in LEAN principles, systems and tools.

 

On a personal level you are passionate and have a natural drive to develop LEAN culture, where you can challenge leaders and employees while still building trust and relations. You have and open-mind and are curious and puzzled by processes that seem too complicated. You should be open to help where and when needed and have a strong customer focus. As we have several international colleagues in our department it is an advantage for you to be able to communicate fluently in both Danish and English.

 

About the department
Our department is acting as quality support for all Aseptic production in Gentofte, where medicine is produced in a sterile environment for people living with serious chronic diseases. We bring value to our patients by assuring safe and high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The department are currently growing to support our production facilities located in Gentofte and consists of more than 70 highly qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team. You will be a part of a department where behavioural targets are driving our culture and where setting direction for quality is driven through quality oversight and our ability to support and drive improvements. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities.
