The position

As a LEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Enhance LEAN standards, visual management systems, and drive continuous improvement.

• Coach managers, production teams, and support teams in LEAN systems like performance boards, planning overview, and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with LEAN partners from other API production sites and educate LEAN thinking to new employees across our department as part of our cLEAN training community.

• Work closely with the director and senior managers to secure their journey in LEAN leadership while integrating 8350 into PS API.

• Secure strategy deployment throughout the organization.


Qualifications

We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• Strong LEAN toolbox and hands-on shop floor experience.

• Good coaching and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate data into visual understanding.

• Academic degree in a relevant field, +2 years of relevant work experience from a similar industry.

• Full proficiency in English.

 

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with LEAN way of thinking, PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, A3, and other problem-solving tools – you know how to tell the story with data.

• Leadership or project management experience, and you enjoy communicating and coordinating with many stakeholders.

 

About the department

The department consists of approximately 200 employees divided into 3 units and a total of 11 teams. We produce API for human Growth Hormone and Glucagon, in two separate production facilities, both located in Gentofte.
