Do you have a fundamental desire and passion to make a difference within Health and Safety? Are you thrilled by the idea of setting and driving an ambitious HS-strategy in a newly established EHS-team along with the 15 other HS-colleagues across the 4 Danish filling sites? And do you thrive in the cross field between sparring with the management on HS and making it comprehensible and relevant to AMRs in the production?

If that sounds like you, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.

Your new role

In the role of Health & Safety Partner, you will:

  • Act as the senior advisor and lead on HS legislation, knowledge, and trends within the skeletomuscular, chemical, physical, and psycho-social work environment.
  • Be responsible for the ongoing development, coordination, and implementation of various HS activities in full accordance with the company's HS strategy and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with 23 AMRs, several Work Wise Trainers, and an engaged management group to achieve HS objectives.
  • Drive risk assessment, prevention of injuries and pain from heavy lifting and repeated workload, as well as stress and well-being initiatives.
  • Develop and implement initiatives, recommendations, and corrective actions in partnership with Line of Business leaders and the HS organisation.
  • Ensure high-quality data for reporting purposes and facilitate internal HS compliance audits in certified areas.

Your new department

Aseptic Manufacturing site Gentofte is part of the global Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing network. At our sites across Gentofte, we are more than 600 colleagues responsible for the aseptic manufacturing where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in new technology.

Your skills and qualifications

We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • An academic background with 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally building up and guiding teams, connecting with the business to fulfil the needs.
  • Knowledge about legislative requirements in the field of Health and Safety in Denmark.
  • A significant and broad knowledge within Health and Safety, ideally from a production environment.
  • A strong understanding of the role as business support, balancing the HS requirements with the core task of producing life-saving products.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation into concrete activities.
  • High personal drive, enabling you to pursue key focus areas and achieve results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English.

On a personal level, you should have the ability to work independently as well as being a team player. Also, you should have a solution-oriented, pragmatic, and visionary mindset.
