About the department

Biopharm Finished Products in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia and growth hormone disorders. Our department, in corporation with four other departments, handles aseptic filling of vials and cartridges. The department's area of responsibility is the close support to our filling lines as we handle the formulation, supply of clean equipment as well as being responsible for maintaining the classification of our facilities. We are approximately 100 motivated and talented colleagues divided into three operating teams, three support teams and a staff team. Your new department is especially characterized by high tempo, high professionalism, and an informal tone. Since we as a department support many functions on site, we have a broad interface, which makes many of our processes complex.

 

The Position

As HVAC Supporter you will participate in the projects meetings, be responsible for overseeing the impact of cleanrooms HVAC system. Your main tasks are to qualify the airflow process and pattern, design and build the HVAC system, test new implementation, establish, and validate the changes. On daily basis, you are expected to monitor and review the HVAC cleanroom quality control specifications like temperature, humidity, and pressure. You will be responsible to create deviations based on the changes of the process.

You will be the person driving collaboration processes in an ever-changing environment with many different stakeholders. You will support the production departments with your expertise and knowledge, whenever they need it. 

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor’s or higher engineering/scientific degree with technical background of HVAC and cleanroom.
  • You have knowledge and experience with ventilation management, HVAC system qualification and validation.
  • Ideally you worked in a regulated pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with environmental monitoring is an advantage. 
  • Your project management technique or experience will be considered as an advantage.

 

Personally, you are comfortable speaking your mind, thrives in a challenging environment and understands how to find great solutions. You have great communication and interpersonal skills, which makes you a trusted and well-liked collaborator with our stakeholders.

It is prerequisite to communicate in both Danish and English.
