Join our team as an HVAC supporter in our aseptic department if your interest lies within the technical field of HVAC systems, and you want to play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes.
The position
Together with your colleagues, you will have great responsibility for tasks within the technical part of our ventilation/HVAC systems.
The primary responsibility of the team is:
- Provide specialized HVAC support within the aseptic manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on HEPA filters and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to aseptic processing guidelines, as well as identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement HVAC system upgrades, modifications, and validations.
- Assist in the development and execution of protocols for HVAC system (re)qualification activities and documentation of these.
- Manage deviation handling, change request and Systematic Problem Solving
- As part of the job, you will be part of the on-call duty for the production.
There will be great variety in the tasks, handling both practical and documentation tasks. Further, the job contains a large element of collaboration with colleagues across the factory both in own department, QA, the production departments as well as external consultants in connection with projects.
The department
The team is part of the Aseptic Support department. The department consists of approximately 100 motivated and talented colleagues, and the HVAC Team consists of 12 colleagues herby 6 qualified colleagues in the team of HVAC support.

Qualifications
We are looking for a new colleague with a technical background in HVAC systems or ventilation to participate in both operations, support, and projects in connection with our GMP production supplying products for patients.
- 2-3 years of GMP experience or more
- You have a good technical understanding and a background with a technical education such as Marine Engineer, Engineer or similar.
- You preferably have experience with cleanroom HVAC systems
- You preferably have knowledge of regulatory requirements related to HVAC systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g. FDA, cGMP)
On a personal level we hope that you have a strong quality mindset, problem-solving skills and attention to details. You thrive with many tasks in a dynamic environment and can work both independently and in groups.
You are good at communicating and have good collaboration skills as you must work together with many different stakeholders. It is a prerequisite to be able to communicate fluently in English.
