About the department
We are in the process of building a new line (L6) to produce a high-priority product for Novo Nordisk. We have been in the 'project phase' for the past few years and are looking forward to regular operation by the end of the year. However, before that, we need to ensure that the machine can run smoothly and we can land the many project activities that have merged with the established 'operating team,' which will ensure production operations thereafter.
We are dealing with many different stakeholders, and we spend a lot of resources calibrating each other's worlds, priorities, and expectations. Therefore, one must be able to enter a phase where things are moving fast, and there are many deliveries. At the same time, we have a strong team around us, and we have a solid team that we can always lean on for support.
The team you will be hired into: We are a 'stabilization and ramp-up team,' which is a staff function team to the Director. This means that the team has a number of employees working on various strategic initiatives for L6 - often things that have a long horizon. We have a 'BCO team,' a 'training team,' a digitization team, daily flow coordinators, as well as other initiatives.
