The Position
As an Environmental Monitoring Supporter, you will join an amazing Environmental Monitoring (EM) Support team.
As you grow into the position you will start to play key role in the Environmental Supporters of our aseptic production, work on daily operations activity in the factory.
This role offers interaction with all our departments and stakeholders ensuring knowledge sharing and information flow.
The main tasks will be to:
• Ensure process improvements and perform process confirmation.
• Provide daily support to the Environmental Assistant.
• Update standard operating procedures, handle deviations and change requests.
• Review logbooks.
• Train colleagues to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar natural science field.
• Extensive experience from a laboratory or in a production in relation to environmental monitoring in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), aseptic production and microbiology.
• The ability to confidently present to authorities in audits and inspections.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English.

About the Department
AM GE Aseptic Support is the part of Novo Nordisk, that delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia. Environmental Monitoring (EM) Support is a part of the Aseptic Production (AP) Support department, where around 175 motivated and talented colleagues all support processes related to aseptic filling of vials.
EM Support specifically, is responsible for supporting our filling lines by maintaining the classification of our facilities. Your new department is characterized by high tempo, high professionalism, and a positive and informal tone.
