This is a 2-year temporary position.

 

The position

As an Environmental Monitoring Professional, you will be responsible for that the production environment is ready for production and meet the regulatory requirements. This entails the responsibility of measuring the environmental conditions inside the rooms, changes to the classified areas, clothing and gowning, cleaning and disinfection as well as the physical parameters such as temperature, humidity and differential pressure to be in control and comply with the current requirements.

EM project and cleanroom support team specifically, is responsible for supporting our filling lines by maintaining the classification of our facilities, ensuring support to the EM operational support team along with driving ramp-up activities and rebuilding of the facility.

The main tasks will be to:

  • Design, maintain and implement changes to the environmental monitoring programs.
  • Review, analyse and report environmental monitoring data.
  • Set requirements for gowning, flow of materials, behaviour, and cleaning/disinfection in GxP regulated facilities.
  • Implement and maintain regulatory requirements.
  • Design and validate cleanrooms and classified areas.
  • Work with periodic environmental monitoring (EM) systems reviews, deviation handling, change requests as well as updates to risk assessments and procedures and creating protocols to support future improvement projects, when the project transfers from project to operations

 

Qualifications

The qualifications we value include:

•    A relevant degree or equivalent experience in environmental monitoring or a related field.

•    2 years of experience with clean room / environmental monitoring preferred. We also consider candidates who have just graduated.

•    Understanding of requirements for working with classified areas, HVAC systems, while GMP and microbiology knowledge is a plus.

•    Expertise in writing documents in Danish, as you will prepare various documents related to quality activities.

On a personal level, you are structured, independent and capable of finalizing tasks with a high level of quality mindset. The skills of understanding complex systems, subsequently define necessary arrangements and set direction with the right level of GMP focus are key to success in this role.
