The position
We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our Digital Transformation agenda focusing on our awareness strategy for our digital solutions. The job will be approximately 15 hours per week and your tasks will include:

  • Creating video communication from idea to finished product (creating storyboards, filming, editing, etc.) for our monthly newsletters
  • Planning and driving monthly newsletters with relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting various communication tasks related to articles, newsletters, and community platforms
  • Developing innovative ways of doing internal communication
  • Analysing the impact of the communication and bring insights to the team

You will have the opportunity to shape how we do communication about digital solutions going forward and participate in various tasks. You will work together with a wonderful team of dedicated and helpful colleagues with various competencies. The team is working towards supporting the digital transformation journey focusing on change management, building the competencies of tomorrow, and creating awareness of new and innovative solutions within the organization. This position will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organization.
 
Qualifications
We are looking for someone at the end of their Bachelor's or the start of their Master's with an academic education that could be focused on Media, E-Business, Communication, or Organisational Change.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Are creative and enjoy working with graphics and storytelling
  • Have experience with filming, editing videos, and written communication such as newsletters
  • Are curious and eager to perform a variety of different tasks involving several stakeholders
  • Are professional, structured, and self-engaged with strong communication skills
  • Have full professional proficiency in English

You thrive in a role where you can be responsible for finding the right ways of communicating information and you have an interest in working and engaging with people from various fields. 
 
About the department
Our team is part of the BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control area that is based in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both in industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
