As a Clinical Trial Recruiter, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clinical trials are supported by strong, ethical, and effective recruitment activities. Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising recruitment activities for clinical trials conducted at CLINiC. Your work ensures that participant recruitment is timely, compliant, and strategically aligned with each trial’s needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and execute participant recruitment for clinical trials in collaboration with Trial Managers, Principal Investigators, and the trial team.
  • Support development and maintenance and ensure compliance of the CLINiC recruitment database and workflows.
  • Plan and conduct volunteer recruitment activities, including preparing recruitment materials and overseeing progress tracking.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and external communication in collaboration with communication partners.
  • Support clinical trial conduct, including responsibilities related to nursing activities and data collection throughout the clinical trial.

 

Your new department

You will join the CLINiC Operations team, located at the Clinical Innovation Centre in Gentofte. The team is committed to driving high-quality clinical trial activities while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work closely with Trial teams, Communication partners, and clinical trial participants.

 

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of communication skills, and a structured, quality-first mindset. We envision that you have:

  • A BSc in Nursing, Medical Secretary or equivalent combined with relevant practical experience.
  • Preferably knowledge of GCP, and medical/pharmaceutical terminology, as well as experience in planning and executing administrative tasks independently.
  • Experience communicating professionally with participants and/or patients or experience in clinical trial recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively in a dynamic and evolving setting.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English, and a positive, collaborative approach to contributing to the working environment.
