Behind the Title
From day one, you will help build and establish process improvements for a recently established business area. This role combines the responsibilities of a Business Analyst with a strong focus on administrative support. You will join a small Business Support function within DD&IT PS FPM, where you will support the establishment of performance oversight within several IT operational disciplines. You will anchor the technical build-up, ensure data reliability, while supporting the adoption and accessibility of the information tools and metrics across the organisation, with help from experienced colleagues. We expect you to take an active role in the continous development of the department. 

In this role you will:

  • Gather requirements and analyze data on business operations and processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders based on data analysis.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop tools and dashboards to analyze and improve business processes (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, ADO, etc.).
  • Maintain organizational records and guiding documents to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide administrative support related to planning and coordination of meetings, offsite events, and organizational activities.

 

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we envision you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration.
  • Experience (part time/full time) from a pharmaceutical company is highly regarded. 
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide insights based on analytical findings.
  • Experience in working with databases, data modelling, and data cleaning. 
  • Understanding of business environments, including business processes, organizational structures, and industry trends.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Power Automate, and ADO.

You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and excel at communicating with various stake-holders to drive engagement and efficiency. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can quickly adjust to changes and implement new ideas to improve business operations.

 

About the Team
The Business Support function within DD&IT PS FPM lead, organize, and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, including management processes, organizational change management, communication activities, information systems and performance metrics.
