Associate Manager leading an Innovation Test Lab

The position

You will be heading up a team of 8 highly qualified, competent and engaged employees working with innovation in our test lab. The team generate supportive data to document line extensions of our products and explore new technology for optimization of our manufacturing processes. Your top priority is to ensure motivation, coordination and prioritisation of the team’s project deliverables. The team is involved in projects across the organisation having many stakeholders to collaborate with. You will be a part of the department management team leading a department of experts and specialists covering all aspects of the aseptic production processes across Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD).

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you find it easy to create relations and have a high interest in leadership or have people management experience.

 

Furthermore, you have:

  • A degree as a pharmacist, engineer or similar
  • Experience working in the Pharma Industry
  • Experience with setting direction, engaging others, stakeholder management and finding it easy to prioritize
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for prioritizing with several stakeholders
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish & English

 

It is considered an advantage if you possess strong project management skills, which include being able to develop project plans and execute projects from start to finish. Also, it is an advantage is you have GMP knowledge.

About the department

BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
