The Position 

As Associate Manager for Wash & Sterilisation you will lead 15-20 highly committed and skilled operators working day and evening shifts. The wash and sterilisation area consists of two teams. You will be working closely with a colleague to ensure the daily deliveries and to ensure we are ready for to meet the increased future demands with a strong quality mindset. You will also participate in cross functional projects with focus on optimising processes. 

The main tasks will be: 

  • Ensuring the correct capacity for future needs based on our forecasts. 

  • Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency. 

  • Guide and assist the team through shopfloor presence.

  • Active member of our department leadership team. 

  • Ensure that ongoing training and education of operators are up to date.

Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, you have: 

  • Min. 3 year of experience as line manager and strong people management skills. 

  • Experience in aseptic filling and production environment is a must. 

  • Fluency in Danish and English languages. 

  • LEAN mindset

About the Department 

As a part of Aseptic Manufacturing site Gentofte, AM GE Production Support currently consist of appr. 180 dedicated colleagues and are growing to meet future demands. We are responsible for Formulation, Wash & Sterilization, Cleaning and Environmental Monitoring in the Aseptic Filling of Hemophilia products. As a department we are ambitious, informal and is in Gentofte.
