The Position
As our Advanced Data Analysis & Insights Professional, you will have a pivotal role in driving data solu-tions and enhancing transparency within AMSAT QC. This position involves close collaboration with vari-ous stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Develop innovative data solutions to provide new business insights and enhance transparency of strategic AMSAT QC performance parameters.
- Collaborate with global IT experts to optimize existing systems (e.g., PEMS, SAP, ADA, Alteryx) for productive outcomes and user-friendly data solutions.
- Analyse data to identify improvement areas and ensure tools enable the QC organization to ef-fectively utilize data for decision-making.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture through training and support for the implementa-tion of analytics tools across user competencies.
- Act as the end-to-end data & analytics owner for small-scale projects, creating dashboards and maintaining a deep understanding of business objectives and analytics trends.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we would expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business information, computer science, data science, or a relat-ed field with analytics focus
- +3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, and strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data visualization best practices, and expertise in tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic analytics solutions
- Fast adaptability to a rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to think strategically about analytics and its impact on business value
- Preferably some proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
About the Department
You will be joining our highly motivated department, consisting of committed professionals and manag-ers. Our primary task is to develop sustainable operational excellence flow to support 7 QC Labs in Denmark which will lead us to reach out our OneQC target.
As a member of the Data & Forecast team, you will play a crucial role in supporting QC Labs in various locations and ensuring their stable operation.
