Your new role
As our new Administrative Intern, you will join a team of 5 administrative assistants supporting a site of 700 employees with a variety of administrative processes as well as providing support for the site leadership team. You will gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks while making a tangible contribution to our big expansion projects that help us bring medicines to patients.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assigning access to Novo Nordisk systems & buildings for our external workforce
- Solving a variety of tasks regarding onboarding of our external workforce
- Supporting primarily one dedicated colleague who handles all administrative processes regarding our external workforce
Our preferred start date is as soon as possible.
Your skills & qualifications
You will be a great asset to the team because you are:
- At the end of your bachelor’s degree and expected to be enrolled in or beginning a master’s degree, preferably within Business Administration or a similar field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experienced from an office-related job, meaning IT systems, following processes and procedures, and navigating stakeholders is not new to you
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in all your purchase activities
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, understanding they will teach you the basics of administrative processes
- Enjoy working with a large variety of stakeholder and have a proactive approach where you reach out to different colleagues to get things done
The department
You will become part of the manufacturing site in Gentofte and belong to the Business Support department. In Business Support you will join dedicated colleagues working on running and developing the business within supply chain, administrative support, training, LEAN, warehouse, finance, procurement and data.
In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Our Gentofte administrative support team plays a critical role in enabling our manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with one colleague in a supportive environment where learning the fundamentals of administrative processes is valued and encouraged.

Salary and Benefits: If allowed by the educational institution from where the Intern is enrolled, the monthly salary is fixed. The monthly base rate is DKK 15,900 plus a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
