The position

As a Customer Insights Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will drive the development of a data-driven mindset across the business, creating a customer-centric environment. You will utilize research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to act upon these opportunities.

 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead the way in finding the best methods for collecting data and creating plans for analysing it, making sure we have all the info we need to support the business
  • Provide the business with accurate, timely information to help predict what our customers need and guide our big decisions
  • Find the key areas that shape our strategies by diving into the data
  • Work with our data experts to create powerful insights that help our customer teams be even more effective
  • Guide and mentor more junior team members in your area of expertise

 

Qualifications

To be our new Customer Insights Lead, we are looking for a person with:

  • A degree or equivalent in business, economics, marketing, science, or informatics
  • Experience in analysing customer behaviour and engagement and developing integrated customer strategies and tactical planning based on customer insights
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate clearly and explain complex analysis in a clear, concise, and engaging way to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Understanding of NHS landscape
  • Proven experience in recognizing the need for comprehensive market research within the broader business context, overseeing direction, delivery and execution of resulting strategies
  • Proficient in identifying and addressing knowledge gaps within the market, proactively devising strategies to bridge these gaps, and successfully gathering organizational support for implementation

The Customer & Frontline Excellence department is part of the UK Commercial Excellence team at Novo Nordisk.
