Your new role 

We are now looking for a pharmacy student to work on an hourly basis, as our new Pharmacovigilance Student Assistant. You will work in the Regulatory, Safety and Quality (RSQ) department, and collaborate with different colleagues in the team. 
 
The job description is varied and includes: 
 

  • Local safety daily tasks including product complaint reporting 

  • Ad hoc projects related to safety 

  • Proof reading of regulatory documents and packaging material 

  • Ad hoc projects related to regulatory affairs  

 

Working hours are flexible, and we expect you to work 8-16 hours per week. We offer a broad perspective on the pharmaceutical industry, patient safety, and the fascinating world of marketing authorizations; all with great team support! 
 

  

Your new department 

As a member of the Finnish affiliate of Novo Nordisk, you will be joining a highly professional and ambitious organisation of over 70 people. The CMR team is dynamic, flexible, and supportive, working out of our office in Leppävaara, Espoo. Here, you will find a collaborative atmosphere where your contributions will directly impact our mission to safeguard patients and ensure regulatory compliance. 

 

Your skills & qualifications 

 

You are a student enrolled in a relevant education, and you have an interest in the pharmaceutical field. We expect you to work from our office in Espoo regularly, especially during the start of your journey with us.  

 

 
Furthermore: 
 

  • You are fluent in Finnish and have a good command of English 

  • You can work with the most common computer programs 

  • You are accurate, responsible, and able to work independently  

 

To ensure continuity of training and compliance with student‑role regulations, we’re looking for candidates who will remain enrolled for the next 2–3 years.
