The position
As an OCE specialist in Finland, you will join a highly dynamic Customer Excellence team responsible of driving the innovation, development and implementation of our digital marketing and Omnichannel Customer Engagement roadmap. Position is reporting to the Director, Customer Excellence.
You are expected to have a keen interest in future opportunities in omnichannel marketing, customer experience and scout new innovative ideas to improve customer engagement in our digital marketing channels. Some of these ideas are expected to turn into development projects that you will be managing.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Drive comprehensive customer journeys by combining various touchpoints to serve our customers.
• Manage development projects that stem from innovative ideas to improve digital marketing channels. Measure OCE campaigns and channels performance to optimize customer experience.
• Build content in internal tools and manage our marketing consent database.
• Lead e-mail marketing development and coordination across the entire portfolio.
• Work in cross-functional groups, ensuring seamless collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in digital marketing.
• A dynamic and structured working style with project management capabilities.
• IT system understanding/skills to drive the development of digital marketing channels.
• Strong interaction and communication skills for operating in a cross-functional setting.
• Proficient Finnish and English skills at a business level.
