This is a substitute for parental leave from beginning of May 2025 until end of January 2026.

 

The position

As a Medical Education Coordinator, you will work as part of our professional and energetic Medical team by coordinating the trainings, meetings and conference delegates organized by the team. Medical Education Coordinator directly reports to Medical Education Manager.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Management, coordination and practical arrangements of meetings, conference trips and training events organized by the Medical Department.

  • Coordinating medical department activities and aligning them with the annual calendar.

  • Acting as a meeting secretary.

  • Management, coordination and updating of the customer management program and key account information.

  • Contract management

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of work experience as an Assistant/Coordinator.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Customer-driven working grip.

  • Good IT skills, especially office programs. 

  • Very good organizational skills.

  • Good entity management capability, social and collaborative skills.

  • Fluent in Finnish and English, good oral and written expression skills.
