The position

As a Market Access Support, you will:

• Initiate and lead negotiations to secure market access for company products, ensuring alignment with local market needs and conditions.
• Develop and submit timely reimbursement applications, understanding local processes and requirements to secure product reimbursement.
• Produce and analyse market access data, including weekly and monthly reports for internal use and ad-hoc analyses to address specific challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with authorities, external suppliers, and other stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and supply chain to ensure a cohesive approach to market access.
• Support market access projects in cooperation with external suppliers, such as health economic modeling and real-world evidence generation.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related area.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ideally project management experience or at least understanding.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret market access data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with the Finnish healthcare system and market access processes.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
