The position
Your main contribution will be to leverage the continuously expanding amount of data for the purpose to best serve our customers. As our engagement model is fast evolving, you will have a chance to develop new ways to assess our impact, performance and future success.
Key focus for the role will be to work with our operational and customer data; an area, where intense European-wide development is on-going and new reporting solutions in development. This means taking care of different master data management, ensuring the data quality and standardization from various sources. All this comes together and drives operations via visual dashboards and presentations to enable meaningful insights for operations management. You will be designing and building new sets of dashboards, main tool in use will be Power BI.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Serve as a link between data and business; join cross-functional teams to identify business insights needs, select the best available sources for the data, and visualise them in reporting solutions and presentations.
• Convert data to business insights by building interactive dashboards (currently Power BI).
• Train and inspire end-users to study and draw insights and take correct actions when relevant.
• Manage master data: ensure data quality and standards; execute updates to source data, including data governance for CRM systems (currently Salesforce®). Execute, develop, and automate regular monthly/quarterly analytics for sales and marketing management.
• Drive the continuous development of business insights solutions locally and support the journey towards utilizing more advanced tools, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.

Qualifications
Successful execution of this role requires high level of analytical skills to be able to work with data structures, extract and combine data from various sources to create meaningful insights. You work in a structured way and have a high quality-mindset, attention to detail and, at minimum, basic understanding of data management and interest to learn how to analyze complex commercial data to support our operations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business information, Finance, or Economics.
• We are looking for junior candidate, with max. 2 yrs of experience, or fresh graduate.
• A proactive attitude and accountability for tasks assigned to you.
• A cooperative working style and the capability to connect with other professionals and stakeholders.
• Business-level English skills; Finnish skills are not necessary.
