The position

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals for Northwestern Alberta (Including but not limited to: Grand Prairie and Edmonton).
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and tailor sales calls to healthcare provider needs.
  • Conduct product education sessions and liaise with pharmacists and hospitals for optimal product usage.
  • Attend industry events to promote products, gather market information, and demonstrate leadership at company meetings.
  • Manage budgets and contribute to broader district and corporate objectives, including leading initiatives and participating in cross-functional teams.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual with the following qualifications:

Need to have:

  • A university degree or business qualifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A strong background in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong motivation, data acumen, and collaborative skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Canadian pharma market (2-3 years) or 3+ years at Novo Nordisk.
  • Diabetes sales experience.
