The Position

As the Senior Clinical Research Associate you will be independently managing clinical trial sites at every stage of the clinical trial process, and for all phases of clinical trial to a high quality in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, relevant legislation, and the International Committee on Harmonization of Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) requirements. 

  • You are the primary point of contact between site staff and Novo Nordisk, and you contribute to making Novo Nordisk the preferred partner in clinical trials.
  • You oversee the overall site management, including site initiation, site and remote monitoring, and close out as applicable.
  • You Mentor, Train and coach the local team as necessary.
  • You Closely collaborate with relevant roles to ensure successful conduct of the trial, such as CDC Trial Manager, CDC Clinical Trial Administrator, and local Line Manager.
  • You can Manage research sites in an ever-changing environment with new systems and processes.



  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, in life science or nursing qualification or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience and excellent working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCPs), ICH Guidelines especially locally
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and electronic clinical trials systems.
  • You have excellent presentation and public addressing skills.
  • You have high collaborative and stakeholder management skills.
