The Position
As our Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, oversee brand positioning, and manage the product lifecycle. You will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective campaigns, pricing strategies, and market insights, while being a key contributor to the leadership team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee brand and product development to align with market demands and company objectives.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Plan and execute successful product launches to ensure strong market entry.
- Design and manage advertising campaigns, including digital and social media, to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and sales performance to inform strategic decisions and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master Degree is preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in multi- brand marketing or related roles.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Experience in overseeing brand development, advertising campaigns, and sales performance analysis.
- Proficiency to design and execute impactful promotional campaigns, including digital and social media, to drive consumer-like engagement and brand visibility.
- Competence in preparing accurate forecasts and budgets, monitoring financial performance, and adjusting plans to meet financial targets.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments, to implement brand changes and improvements.
- Ability to track and evaluate sales performance, using data-driven insights to adapt strategies and improve patients’ outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, fostering strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
