Your new role

As an intern in Quality, you will:

• Support in maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) documents, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Assist in documenting, tracking, and following up on quality concerns, deviations, and risk assessments.
• Help prepare quality reports, dashboards, or review materials.
• Assist in preparation for and during Quality audits.

This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to quality processes, standards, and audits, helping you build a strong foundation for your career in Quality Management.

Your new department

You will be part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality department based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This department plays a crucial role in defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements for services, materials, components, or products. The team is responsible for auditing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, as well as managing supplier quality. The atmosphere is collaborative and focused, providing an excellent environment to learn and grow professionally.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A graduate degree in life sciences.
• A keen interest in Quality Management and compliance.

• Some experience in Quality, although freshers or individuals returning to work after a break are welcome to apply.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficient writing skills in both English and Bangla.
