The Customer Engagement Department at Novo Nordisk Bangladesh is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors, and government. The team is responsible for implementing public relations programs, activities, campaigns, and events that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation. The position
As Public Affairs and Communications Manager you will: 

•    Create public awareness of the value our medicines bring for diabetes, obesity, and other chronic conditions as a communication expert
•    Develop and leverage strong relationships with targeted stakeholders to ensure sustainable access to products and navigate local external policy and regulations
•    Drive the development and implementation of short and long-term Public Affairs strategy in Bangladesh
•    Foster and manage partnership opportunities relevant to the entire affiliate with key stakeholders and engage regulatory authorities aligned with business challenges
•    Lead affordability projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with affiliate departments, and develop and implement a corporate communication strategy for external high-level stakeholders

 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mass communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields
•    5 to 7 years of similar work experience.
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills and significant experience in managing public affairs and communication strategies 
•    Knowledge of local external policy and regulations and ability to work independently and handle complex specialist tasks
