About the department
The Customer Engagement Department at Novo Nordisk Bangladesh is at the forefront of driving sales activities and promoting our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. The position
Digital and MCE - Specialist leads the execution of multichannel customer engagements that deliver a superior customer experience and business impact - delivering the right message, through the right channel, to the right customer, at the right time as well as plan and owns Multichannel Customer Engagement (MCE) & digital campaign/projects, execution and performance measurement which includes local content planning & operations and digital channels & platforms and works in partnership with medical, marketing, sales, CE and Legal & Compliance as well as oversee third party digital and content providers.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Execute and optimize local multichannel engagement projects by leveraging data analysis, customer insights, and tailored content strategies to enhance customer journeys.
- Foster innovation to deliver unique and impactful customer experiences across various channels.
- Act as the digital platform/channel owner & activator, including Health Care Professional (HCP) Portal and intent messaging
- Lead seamless content & MCE operations, including governance, campaign & content calendar management; support and execute HCP and patient engagement journey-based experiences across multiple channels
- Explore and manage partnership opportunities relevant to the affiliate with key stakeholders and engage regulatory authorities aligned with business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with digital experience; specialization in communication, business, and/or marketing preferred
- 3-5 years of digital, multichannel execution experience preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience with expertise in all digital channels
- Ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Experience and exposure to customer experience capabilities preferred; experience in orchestration engines and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) like IQVIA Orchestration and Customer Engagement – Digital (OCE-D) is an added advantage; demonstrated judicious and analytical proficiency.
