About the Department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), which is responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product Supply. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. FF Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

The Position
Ensure the training and onboarding experience for both new and current employees by providing comprehensive support to managers and site business units. This role involves planning and executing effective training initiatives, troubleshooting issues for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with global training processes.
Relationships
Reports to Manager.
Essential Functions
- Support managers in planning and improving training for onboarding new and current employees
- Maintain the integrity of the training system, support in the creation and development of curriculum and job functions
- Collaborate with business units and international process groups to enhance training effectiveness
- Ensure efficient communication channels to ensure stakeholder input is acted upon promptly
- Provide proactive updates on training processes and content to site business units
- Train and support employees in the use of the learning management systems, training trackers, and other training tools as needed
- Bundle training content locally according to Novo Nordisk training administration rules
- Support managers, subject matter experts, and training partners in identifying relevant training and creating effective training plans
- Manage performance reports, maintain LMS documentation, and serve as the local superuser for training IT systems
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
- Perform all duties ethically and compliantly, incorporating the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in every interaction
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education or related field from an accredited university required
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, may consider an associate’s degree in human resources, education, or related field from an accredited university with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant training experience in a GMP environment or related industry required
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, may consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant training experience in a GMP environment or related industry required
- 1 year of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Ability to organize, coordinate, & track multiple task and events required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- High attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills required
- Well-developed inter-personal skills and ability to work well within teams required
- Proven, effective project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external partners toward the achievement of common goals required
