You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), which is responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product Supply. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.

 

FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. FF Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

The Position

This role supports Aseptic Production.  Assigns ISO-train modules & ensures documentation of training. Develops & coaches the creation & completion of training materials & Job Training Plans. Coordinates & supports shop floor training process for partnered areas.

Essential Functions

  • Formulates thorough & efficient recommendations & assists with the Learning Management system (LMS) updates & courses/modules/curriculums maintenance to keep training requirements current
  • Ensures documentation of training related material in QMS, to include ISOtrain recording & proper filing
  • Establishes & drives usage of training tracking & escalation processes
  • Ensures creation, usage & effectiveness of training materials & JTPs
  • Creates multimedia training content (e.g., audio/video, simulators etc.) as needed. May work in coordination with instructional designer
  • Participates in the creation, editing, coaching, & implementation of training program content & materials consistent with established training processes
  • Assists as a subject matter expert (SME) in application of established training processes.  Leads or participates in training development workshops locally or globally
  • Conducts &/or coordinates training for partnered area. Ensures shop floor trainer effectiveness
  • Communicates & coordinates with other stakeholders (e.g., QA, Shift Management teams, Training Workshop members, etc.) regarding training
  • Follows all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
  • Other accountabilities, as assigned

 

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of associate’s degree in a technically relevant field or industry equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • One (1) year of experience in a regulated industry manufacturing environment preferred
  • Two (2) years of instruction, training development or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write & understand complicated product, equipment & OEM documentation & standard operating procedures with great attention to detail preferred
  • Computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications & highly skilled in the use of provided multimedia applications such as Articulate, HTML, Adobe CS5, etc. preferred
  • Able to organize, coordinate, & track multiple tasks & events, work in an orderly & methodical manner. Able to design, format, & generate intelligible, accurate & timely reports. Able to effectively prioritize assignments & responsibilities. Able to visually depict information & data to support & facilitate decision-making preferred
