In NC, we operate three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains. The Position
Responsible for managing multiple complex communication projects, while maintaining timelines, budgets and deadlines, which involves conceptualizing, capturing and producing engaging video, photography and other multimedia content to support the internal & external communications strategy and business success. Advise and collaborate with regional and global colleagues for content creation to support an informed and engaged workforce. Coordinate internal legal, communications and/or compliance reviews of content intended for internal and/or external use. Cross-train and support execution of other internal and external communication needs, including coaching & developing senior executives to support communications/change management activities for successful implementation of projects, initiatives & strategy.

Essential Functions
- Plan, produce, edit and optimize content for various internal communications platforms, to include partnering with internal stakeholders to pitch, storyboard, shoot, produce, edit, optimize and publish video and other multimedia and visual communication content to support internal communications and other business objectives
- Plan and execute in-studio or on location videography shoots as requested
- Oversee contractors, locations, professional equipment and rentals as required, which includes providing direction and coaching to vendors, agencies and staff
- Create custom-built video graphics, sound elements or other visual communication, signage or branding elements for specific business needs, to include writing, designing, editing & producing content in a variety of formats including email, social media, infographics, video, podcasts, presentations, etc.
- Maintain B-Roll library and manage acquired media files to include delivery to multiple channels
- Train & coordinate to ensure consistent use of templates & alignment with standards
- Oversee project resources and expenses, to include agencies, vendors statements of work, purchase orders, rentals, contractor paperwork to include confidentiality agreements, insurance requirements, photography releases, travel visas and accommodations
- Model a continuous improvement mindset and present recommendations to increase the efficiency and performance of the team, to include remaining up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure content is fresh, engaging and relevant
- Serve as an ambassador for the corporate visual identity, ensuring consistent branding of the NN brand across all platforms, to include CVI guidelines adherence for communications throughout all channels and creation of content & graphics in alignment with brand strategy & represent the voice of company
- Serve as the Strategic Communications team representative during team calls and meetings with stakeholders to support internal & external communication efforts, to include partnering with the Strategic Communications Team to coordinate with Public Affairs/Communications on all external communications, as required
- Design, curate & create team member content for SharePoint, Viva Engage, Stream and digital Infoscreens, to include managing permissions & troubleshoot problems escalated by content owners for SharePoint and to design & execute innovative, attention-getting campaigns around internal initiatives across a range of emerging internal channels
- Regularly collect “voice of the customer” feedback and analyze data for audience engagement, audience experience and campaign Key Performance Indicator (KPI) success across platforms
- Support planning and execution of Public Affairs & Communications team events and projects, such as facility tours, in-person and virtual town halls, Road Shows and other VIP and employee events, with a high attention to detail
- Work with global communications, IT & site leadership to create an infrastructure for proper & consistent storage of content
- Train & coordinate to ensure consistent use of templates & alignment with standards
- Work with key stakeholders to develop, design & proof content such as announcements, messages, newsletter & internal news updates
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties

Physical Requirements
May move equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. May be required to be on your feet for up to a 12-hour shift. May required corrected vision to 20/20 or 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. May require the ability to work in loud noise environments with hearing protections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, public relations, digital communication or a related field of study required
- May consider an Associate’s degree in business, HR, public relations, digital communication, related field of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in digital & visual communications or similar work required
- May consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in digital & visual communications or similar work required
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in digital & visual communications or similar work required
- Previous project experience required
- Outstanding written, verbal & public speaking skills required
- Ability to convey complex thoughts and ideas simply and creatively for diverse audiences
- Ability to make critical decisions regarding the design and execution of video projects, including the selection of equipment, scheduling of shoots and coordination of staff and vendors required
- Proficient with Office 365 applications & Adobe Creative Suite required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and assets are produced with quick turnaround times required
- Proficient in intranet management programs, such as SharePoint preferred
- Proficient with photography, video editing & production skills required
- Proficient with data analysis & visualization required
- Knowledge of web design principles preferred
- Analytical & critical thinking skills required
- Strong organizational skills preferred
