Position Description
As a Veeva CRM Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Design, build, and configure Veeva application to meet business requirements and support reported user issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors for Veeva implementation and configuration related changes.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (SFDC) platform, including security settings, approval process, workflow/process builders, group/sharing management, user accesses, reports, and dashboards.
  • Perform data migration using Apex Data-Loader, Workbench, and Inspector.
  • Manage environments, including package configuration and deployment, sandbox management, and synchronization.
  • Coordinate vendor management tasks, ensuring due diligence, risk assessment, and monitoring are accomplished. Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance, as well as troubleshoot vendor problems and present solutions to management

 

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with the front-end Salesforce platform. Background in the life science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Veeva Vault CRM is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sandbox management, including post-refresh activities and maintenance.
  • Salesforce Lightning and Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) setup experience. User license management experience.
  • Fluent in English.
