Position Description
As a Technical Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze and fulfill business needs by developing technical designs and specifications for IT systems.
  • Build relationships and influence key stakeholders by providing support for applications related to specific business processes.
  • Develop and maintain systems, applications, and infrastructure by designing, executing, and coordinating testing activities.
  • Leverage technology principles, knowledge, and practices to diagnose issues and enhance existing solutions.
  • Apply risk management practices to ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.


Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT, programming, or systems analysis.
•    Ability to work in project development and implementation; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions.
•    Excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical thinking skills
•    Familiarity with FDA regulations, computer validation, and Sarbox regulatory requirements.
•    Proficiency in test case writing and execution.
