Your new role

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner covering a maternity leave, you'll be an essential part of our Americas team, driving end-to-end recruitment across the Latin America & Canada region. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact while building your international talent acquisition expertise in a fast-paced, and transformational environment.

 

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

 

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across Latin America & Canada.
  • Utilizing sourcing strategies and tools to identify and engage top talent in a competitive market.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews and providing expert guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the region, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters.
  • Analysing recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes and deliver insights that drive better hiring decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and local employment/data protection laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partnering with the broader Talent Acquisition Americas team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Your skills & qualifications

 

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by the opportunity to make an immediate impact. You'll bring with you:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing tools, methods, and behavioural interviewing.
  • Previous experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as recruitment agencies, FMCG or Tech is desirable
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage high volume recruitment ensuring high quality and timely delivery in a matrix and virtual team structure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder trust and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with technology platforms and data analysis to support and optimize recruitment processes
