Position:

Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide business process and technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities. Provides business process and technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting customer requirements, prioritizing and scheduling clients request, participation in customer meetings, resolving day to day end user problems, and process / best practices consulting.
  • Key liaison between customer (internal / external), Technical Services / App support and development team.
  • Assist with requirements analysis and scope out design capabilities within the produc Leads data engineering projects, comprehends stakeholder requirements, and oversees data preparation activities to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Gather/Document Business Requirements and Functional/Detail Requirements.
  • Analyze/Document existing processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of directly related job experience.
  • Proficient in HR, payroll and time management processes.
  • Good knowledge of ADP GV Payroll & ADP WFM solution.
  • Country legislative knowledge in Payroll processing (North America).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • The ability to engage virtual teams on complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
